AI refrigerator suggests recipes based on diets and foods available on your shelves

Imagine a refrigerator smart enough to tell you what to cook based on the ingredients you have on the shelves. You can stop imagining it now, it exists!

A Samsung is set to introduce this technology with its refrigerator Bespoke 4-Door Flex 2024 com AI Family Hub+1, which uses the power of image recognition supported by artificial intelligence (IA) – or “AI Vision Inside” – to identify up to 33 different types of fresh food being inserted into or removed from the refrigerator.

“We are proud and excited to introduce these upgraded AI and connectivity features, which utilize the latest technology to help everyone take their eating and cooking experiences to the next level,” he said. According to Samsung Mobile, once the refrigerator identifies food, it is categorized and displayed on the 32-inch external touchscreen, which customers can use to navigate apps or edit information about the items stored inside.

The refrigerator technology also allows users to add expiration dates to purchased items, and the refrigerator will alert them when the expiration date is approaching.

With additional AI-powered integrations, especially the one known as the “image to recipe” feature, the fridge recommends dishes that can be made with the items inside its doors.

Users can also enter information about their food and health preferences (e.g. vegan and veggie dietsarianas) so that the fridge can recommend “healthy and appropriate” recipes and personalized meal plans based on information provided in collaboration with your profiles Samsung health.

“After that, users can send cooking instructions for these recipes to their various kitchen appliances [Samsung] with just a few keystrokes,” the company’s announcement stated. Samsung.

The Bespoke 4-Door Flex 2024 Refrigerator with AI Family Hub+1 must be presented at the exhibition CES 2024, a technology event taking place in Las Vegas between January 9th and January 12th.
