Porn actress registers will prohibiting the use of her image by AI after her death

Artificial intelligence (AI) is triggering a revolution in the world of entertainment, enabling artists to “resurrect”. This technology raises concerns about the misuse of people's images and voices after their death. With this in mind, porn actress Elisa Sanches registered a will prohibiting the use of her image after her death.

Elisa sanches registered a will at a notary's office expressing his desire to prohibit the use of his image in adult films after his death. This decision was driven by a discovery: the use of his face in videos with explicit content, created through deepfakes and shared on the web.

Elisa described the moment of shock when she received an adult video with her face, but with a scene she had never recorded. It was a warning from an anonymous person that made her realize the seriousness of the problem.

“I thought this was turning into image abuse. Artificial intelligence can help a lot, but it can also be a bad influence on other things. I found this very dangerous, if they do this to people while they are alive, let alone after death. From that day on, I decided to take action and take precautions,” said Elisa in an interview with PAGE NOT FOUND.

Increasingly common practice

This phenomenon gained prominence when Elis the Queen “resurfaced” in a commercial for a car brand, and Paul McCartney announced that the Beatles will release a new song featuring the voice of John Lennon, all thanks to AI. These innovations have intrigued the public, but they have also raised questions about artists' legacy and privacy.

the american actress Whoopi Goldberg, for example, took the decision to ban the creation of holograms with his image after death.

Madonna also left in his will a strict prohibition against the use of images generated by artificial intelligence.
