Sports Summit announces programming with Metaverse and AI; know more

The next Sports Summit edition promehas a substantial amount of content, following in the footsteps of the previous edition held this year in São Paulo. The lecture agenda includes topics such as the Metaverse and augmented reality to establish a new connection with sports fans, as well as the application of artificial intelligence (AI) to improve sports performance and create content.

Anything that can be added to sports modalities and bring more modernity and benefits in terms of development and also interaction with the public will be a topic for an exchange of ideas at the event”, explains the Summit CEO, Fernando Young.

What is the metaverse?

You may have already read, heard, or seen this term somewhere. But do you know what it means? And more: do you know how to be part of this new reality? The metaverse is part of the new era of the internet in the world. Its main proposal is to create digital environments – as if they were worlds – that are different and accessible to all web users around the planet. In short, with just a device connected to the internet, you can immerse yourself in a realistic and interactive environment, parallel to real life. The idea is that you can have fun, work, study and even buy and sell in the metaverse.

The Sports Summit is scheduled to take place from May 07th to 09th, 2024, at the Pacaembu Stadium Pavilion, in São Paulo. In addition to the previous themes, the program also includes: Digital Transformation, Fan Engagement: winning over Generation Z and Business in Sports.

This will be the second edition held in Brazil, with the expectation of 50 exhibitors and an 8 thousand square meter space, recently remodeled.

With the participation of leaders from the business worldarial sports, athletes and former athletes, the Sports Summit will offer a variety of experiences to the public in attendance.
