Throughout this week, countless videos from Allan Santos circulated on social media.

Allan Santos, owner of the Terça Livre channel, is being investigated in two STF inquiries that investigate the dissemination of fake news and the financing of undemocratic acts.

In October, Alexandre de Moraes ordered the blogger's preventive arrest and, to the Ministry of Justice, the immediate beginning of the extradition process. Allan Santos He has remained at large in the United States ever since.

Taking advantage of the fact that STF ministers are in New York, Allan Santos participated in demonstrations in front of the hotel where Alexandre de Moraes is staying and cursed him.

The blogger said, without presenting evidence or evidence, that Moraes has relations with the criminal faction Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC) and incited police officers to call for a riot against the Supreme Court minister.

But why hasn't he been arrested yet?

Because the extradition process has not yet been completed, as has the inclusion of his name on the Interpol (International Criminal Police Organization) wanted list.

In addition to ordering the extradition of Allan Santos, Moraes ordered the blocking of the influencer's bank accounts and the suspension of payments to his channels on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch.TV, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.

extradition is an act of international cooperation that consists of the delivery of a person, investigated, prosecuted or convicted of one or more crimes, to the country that claims him. It may be requested both for the purposes of investigating the investigation or criminal proceedings to which the person complained is responding (instructional extradition), or for the fulfillment of a sentence already imposed (executory extradition). It should be noted that the institution of extradition requires the decree of preventive detention or a definitive conviction of a custodial sentence and must be requested by the Judiciary. The STF minister also requested the inclusion of the blogger's name on Interpol's wanted list – which has not yet occurred. Without this requirement, the United States cannot issue the maximum alert that causes authorities to search for those being investigated and carry out the extradition process.
