Voters who did not vote can justify their absence until December 1st

Voters who did not vote in the first round of these elections must justify their absence digitally or in person at electoral offices by December 1st or pay the fine due at any time. It is important to remember that, if you did not go to the polls in the first round, you can vote normally in the second round, as long as your registration is valid.
