Golden Globes: check out the 2023 award nominees

The nominees for the 80th edition of the Golden Globes were announced this Monday (12). Among the biggest highlights are the film 'The Banshees of Inisherin' and the series 'Abbott Elementary'. HBO Max and Netflix were the streaming services with the highest number of nominations. Check out the main competitors!

The 80 Golden Globe will take place on January 10, 2023 in Los Angeles.

Contestants were chosen by 96 members and, for the first time, 103 international voters. new voters were recruited from international industry organizations, foreign film festivals, and journalism professionals. The group represents 62 different countries around the world.

“Combined with current membership, total Golden Globes voters are now 52% female, 51,8% racially and ethnically diverse, with 19,6% Latin American, 12,1% Asian, 10,1% Black and 10,1% from the Middle East”, says the statement published on the Golden Globe website.
