There are two weeks left until the inauguration of President-elect Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, kicking off the administration for the next four years. Even with some political seams being made, Lula has already defined seven ministers, who in turn, have also announced some secretaries and holders of strategic positions within the portfolios. Seven names were confirmed by the beginning of this Friday (16). Find out a little more about them:
Fernando Haddad, Minister of Finance: Lawyer by training, academic and teacher, he was mayor of São Paulo, former Minister of Education in the Lula and Dilma Rousseff governments.
Under his portfolio, there will be the positions already announced:
José Múcio, Minister of Defense: civil engineer and politician affiliated with the PTB, he was president of the Federal Court of Auditors and minister of Institutional Relations in the previous Lula administration.

Flávio Dino, Minister of Justice: lawyer, professor of constitutional law and former magistrate, affiliated with the PCdoB, former governor of the state of Maranhão and elected senator.

Mauro Vieira, Minister of Foreign Affairs: Brazilian lawyer and diplomat. He was Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Dilma Rousseff government (2015 and 2016), and currently serves as Brazilian Ambassador to Croatia

Luiz Marinho, Minister of Labor: federal deputy elected by São Paulo, affiliated to the PT, state president of the party, graduated in law, with a career in trade unionism. He was Lula's minister and also mayor of São Bernardo do Campo (SP).
