Migos cancels participation in Rock in Rio; Jota Quest will replace

Rock in Rio announced changes to the schedule for September 4th. The festival will no longer feature a Migos show. The rap group would perform on Palco Mundo, the main event.

With the change, the main attractions of the first Saturday of the festival are Justin Bieber, Demi Lovato, Iza and Jota Quest – the latter, coming in to replace Migos.

Migos had already been in the news last week when Offset announced he was leaving the group. The rapper is married to fellow singer Cardi B. To date, the group remains with the other two members, rappers Quavo and Takeoff. (Rolling Stone)
