With a solid career in auditing, consulting and innovation, Glades has carried out work with women in artificial intelligence (AI), metaverse and other topics of great relevance to the women's ecosystem.
With more than 15 years of experience in audit and consultancy projects, glades has a degree in Business Administration, Accounting Science, Theology, a postgraduate degree in Gamification and an MBA in Data Science from the University of São Paulo (USP). She is currently director of TATICCA Allinial Global Brazil, holding the position of Director of Innovation and New Business, leading an innovation program and other very successful projects. Known as Helena's mother, she believes that diversity is essential to drive innovation and progress in AI in the female ecosystem.
“My biggest challenge is being able to contribute to the innovation ecosystem and boost knowledge,” says Glades.
