A family spokeswoman confirmed on Wednesday (22) the decision of the Munich Labor Court and the agreement reached with the media group Funke, owner of the magazine Die Aktuelle, without making any further comment.

The magazine's editor was fired last year, and Funke apologized to the Schumacher family.

Ferrari legend Schumacher, now 55, has not been seen in public since suffering a serious brain injury in a skiing accident during a family holiday in the French Alps in December 2013.
