Suspect of kidnapping of RJ girl released with electronic ankle bracelet

The man responsible for the kidnapping of a 12-year-old girl, who was taken from Rio de Janeiro to Maranhão, was released after a custody hearing. The decision was taken on Thursday (16) by the Maranhão Court of Justice. Eduardo da Silva Noronha must wear an electronic ankle bracelet.
