Brazil ends the pre-World Cup cycle with good football and a rout over Tunisia in Paris

The Brazilian team's last match before the World Cup in Qatar saw expulsion, confusion, a banana thrown onto the field, goals galore and a great performance from Brazil. At the Parc des Princes, in Paris, packed with Tunisians, Brazil thrashed Tunisia 5-1 this Tuesday, successfully ending their trip to France and ending the pre-World Cup cycle on a high note.

Raphinha had a brilliant night, with two goals, Richarlison also found the net, Neymar did what was expected of him, guiding the team with assists, dribbles and a goal and Pedro closed the score, taking advantage of the chance he received in the final stage.

The more conservative theoretical formation that Tite chose, with two midfielders and Paquetá as playmaker, was still offensive. Brazil showed rapport, understood each other on the field and dominated the Tunisians for a large part of the duel. He was superior, especially in the first half, in which he found the net four times.

Raphinha opened the scoring with a beautiful header after Casemiro's throw. Tunisia equalized shortly afterwards, also at the top, with Talbi, but that was all the African team did in the initial stage. The goal made the stadium, full of Tunisians, explode, but it was even good for Tite's team, who put the ball on the ground, regained control of the game and scored three goals in 20 minutes.

Raphinha served Richarlison, who took advantage of a failed attempt by the rival defense to create an offside line. The number 9 dominated and shot under the goalkeeper. In yet another case of racism, a fan threw a banana onto the field as the Brazilians were celebrating.

Brazil overcame racism and the rival with talent and competence Neymar scored the third with a penalty kick that he took with extreme class, as is his habit. Hunted on the field, the number 10 caused the expulsion of defender Bronn, who committed a harsh foul on the Brazilian star. Raphinha, in great form, turned the victory into a rout by scoring the fourth with a beautiful low shot from outside the area.

Tite indicated that he would give Pedro the opportunity and he did so. The center forward entered the second half, moved, actively participated in the attacking plays and took advantage of the chance the coach gave him by scoring a great goal, completing a play that involved Vini Jr and Neymar.

Pedro was the protagonist of the second half and the good news for Tite, gaining points with the coach less than two months before the World Cup. Having scored the fifth goal, Brazil cooked up the game, as they had done against the Ghanaians. They were not threatened by the Tunisians, with one less, and maintained their advantage with ease.
