Although judge Roberto Zanichelli Cintra denied Key Alves' request for testimony in the Leandro Lo case - after the athlete spoke about the murder of the former fighter on BBB 23 - lawyer Claudio Dalledone, who defends police officer Henrique Otavio Oliveira Velozo, The fighter's confessed killer, stated that Key could still be heard during the internal proceedings of the Military Police (PM).

“I was just waiting for the judge's decision, but she will be heard, she will leave the house, go to a Military Police unit and give an account of what she is throwing to the wind. This could be very harmful to the case”, the lawyer told the portal UOL.
