Qatar had the third largest attendance at a World Cup, behind the USA and Brazil

More than a million people visited Qatar for the 2022 World Cup, which took place between November 20th and December 18th. According to FIFA, 3,4 million fans watched the matches in the stadiums.

The news agency Catar, QNA, registered 3.404.252 viewers, the third largest audience in a World cup of football, behind the United States, in 1994, with 3.587.538 people, and Brazil, in 2014, with 3.429.873.
