Who is Vinícius Marques de Carvalho?

He is from Caraguatatuba, São Paulo.
Em 2001, graduated in Law from the University of São Paulo (USP).
Em 2007, obtained his doctorate from USP.
Between 2006 e 2016, was a specialist in public policies and government management in the federal government.
Between 2011 e 2012, held the position of secretary of economic law.
Between 2012 e 2016, was president of the Administrative Council for Economic Defense.
Em 2022, was appointed as chief minister of the Comptroller General of the Union.
