In the opinion of the majority of Brazilians, schools should include respect for religious diversity and topics such as poverty, social inequality and sexual education in their curriculum. This is what the “Education, Values and Rights” survey released this weekend by Data Folha and commissioned by the organizations Cenpec and Ação Educativa showed.

During the electoral race and scandal that exposed a parallel office in the Ministry of Education commanded by pastors, a DataFolha survey showed that the majority of Brazilians are against the militarization of Education.
