Enem: test locations are announced, but candidates complain about unstable website

This Monday (24), the test locations for the National High School Exam (Enem) 2022 were announced online. According to candidates, the participant's page was unstable. Questioned by the report, the National Institute of Educational Studies and Research Anísio Teixeira (Inep) stated that access to the gov.br platform had been normalized. The tests will be administered between the 13th and 20th of November.

In addition to the information on the test location, it was available on the participant page other data, such as the language chosen for the foreign language test (English or Spanish), exam dates and requests for specialized assistance.

Despite the instabilities, Inep stated that “access to the gov.br platform is intermittent due to maintenance being carried out by the Ministry of Economy”.

“There is no type of inconsistency on the Enem participant page and, as soon as access to gov.br is normalized, all participants will be able to check their registration confirmation card”, added the institute in a note.

The Ministry of Economy, in turn, had not yet commented on the instability on the gov.br platform. until the publication of this report.
