Enem: deadline to request fee exemption is April 28

Students taking the 2023 National High School Examination can now request an exemption from the registration fee. To do this, the student must be in the last year of high school in public schools, or have received a full scholarship in a private network; have a per capita family income of less than 1 and a half minimum wages; or even, declaration of economic vulnerability, registered in the federal government's register.

Orders must be made at participant page of Enem 2023.

To ensure accessibility, in addition to the traditional version, this year Inep made available two versions of the registration fee exemption notice and justification aimed at participants with disabilities. One in Libras – the Brazilian Sign Language – and another with adaptations for people with visual impairments.

The deadline to place the order is April 28th.

This deadline also applies to students who received an exemption and did not appear in last year's test, and must provide a justification.

If no justification is provided or it is refused, the student will have to pay the registration fee. The result of the analysis of the justifications will be published on May 08th.
