Griezmann warns that playing against Messi will be “different”

Striker Antoine Griezmann, chosen as the best player of the match in France's victory over Morocco in the World Cup semi-finals, stated that the 'Bleus' keep their "feet on the ground" and are already thinking about Lionel Messi's Argentina, whom he knows Well done for being your teammate at Barcelona.

“A team with Leo (Messi) is different. We know how they play, they are a very difficult and in-form team. There's Leo, but also a team behind it, a group that is doing very well and, in addition, has the fans on its side. Starting tomorrow, we will think about how to attack them, how to defend ourselves and prepare for this final” he stated Griezmann after the match against Morocco.

The Atlético de Madrid player recalled that he was emotional four years ago, after the semi-final against Belgium in the World Cup in Russia (French victory 1-0), but highlighted that he is now keeping calm waiting for the final.

“Four years ago, after Belgium, I cried, but here I am more focused on Sunday. Instead of celebrating the final, we have our feet on the ground. We are focused on recovering well and preparing for Sunday’s game,” he said.
