Kate Bush song that was reborn with Stranger Things is nominated for AMAs

37 years after its release, the song 'Running Up That Hill (A Deal With God)' by British singer Kate Bush returns to the international spotlight. The track is one of the nominees for the American Music Awards in the 'Favorite Rock Song' category, after having won over new generations by appearing in the 4th season of the TV series 'Stranger Things'. Bush's 80s hit reached the top of Spotify Global in June this year, when it had 8,4 million streams on the platform.

The single, which was used in the Netflix production, competes for the award with other hits such as “Love Dies Young” by Foo Fighters, “Enemy” by Imagine Dragons featuring rapper JID, “Beggin” by Måneskin and “Black Summer” by Red Hot Chili Peppers.
