Law to ban TikTok from the US

A joint bill (Republicans and Democrats), presented this Tuesday (13), in the United States, proposes to ban TikTok from North American territory. 

The legislation suggests blocking and banning transactions from companies that own social networks that are under government influence from “countries of concern” such as China, Russia, Iran, North Korea, Cuba and Venezuela – and that could use social networks for espionage. (Reuters)

Rain in Petrópolis
