The trio, managed by Coach K, is considered highly influential in the path of contemporary Southern trap, a popular subgenre of rap, into mainstream rap.

Followed by their first album “Yung Rich Nation”, from 2015, they debuted their second album “Culture” at the top of Billboard's main albums.

After signing a contract with Motown and Capitol Records in 2017, they followed up with “Culture II” and reached number one on the music chart once again..
