Return to the use of masks?

Given the increase in Covid cases, the Brazilian Society of Infectious Diseases recommends that the use of masks be adopted again, as well as social distancing.

In São Paulo, the Secretary of Science, Research and Development in Health, David Uip, issued an alert on Thursday (10) recommending the return to mask use in places of high risk and vulnerable people, such as the elderly and immunosuppressed. (Folha de S.Paulo). But for use to become mandatory again, a government decree is needed, which, so far it has been discarded by the São Paulo government.

Even though it is not mandatory, universities such as USP and Unicamp are already returning to the use of masks and social distancing.
