Guidelines

The mayor of the city of São Paulo, Ricardo Nunes (PSDB), asked on Twitter for residents to get vaccinated. Scientist Miguel Nicolelis, who was coordinator of the Scientific Committee of the Northeast Consortium during the pandemic, also warned on Twitter that the vaccines we have in Brazil are not effective in protecting against BQ.1. He recommends purchasing new, more efficient vaccines and returning to the use of masks. In another post, he recommends that the government's transition team create a commission to deal with Covid challenges next year.

Some internet users said that the use of masks is a very close reality, others commented that they have used them again.

Vaccination

This Thursday (10) the Ministry of Health will distribute vaccines to children aged 6 months to 3 years old. In this initial phase, 12 states will receive Pfizer vaccines.
