Jair Bolsonaro (PL)
The commitment to cutting out scenes from Sunday's electoral debate (16) was clear in Bolsonaro's (PL) posts throughout the day. There were 8 appearances by the candidate on Twitter this Monday (17), of which 7 were excerpts from the debate broadcast.
In one of the videos published by the president and pinned at the top of his profile this Monday, he associates, in yet another fake news, as already explained in previous days by the press, the acronym “CPX” was given to the crime. The incident occurs after Lula wore a cap with the acronym at a rally in Complexo do Alemão (“CPX” refers to Complexo), in Rio de Janeiro.
Among the messages, Bolsonaro also “rt” (retweeted) a message post by senator elector Sérgio Moro (União Brasil) and its son and councilor Carlos Bolsonaro.
Luis Inacio Lula da Silva (PT)
The PT candidate was a little more intense on Twitter this Monday. He published around 7 times more than the opponent in the last 24 hours.
Much of the effort was made during the televised debate broadcast itself, to deny in “real time” statements made by Bolsonaro to the Band audience, which was a record on the 16th.
Throughout the day, the PT member carried out campaign activities in the East Zone of São Paulo and met with religious leaders. “This here is the caravan of hope“, he wrote in one of the messages to his followers. ⏩⏩
