Quaest: Bolsonaro has 34% against Lula’s 42%

The Quaest survey this Wednesday (14) shows former president Lula (PT) with 42% of voting intentions and Jair Bolsonaro (PL) with 34%.

The Genial/Quaest survey shows former president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) in the lead in the electoral race, with 42% of voting intentions. Second place, Jair Bolsonaro (PL), appears with 34%. While Bolsonaro remained stable in relation to the company's last survey, the PT member fluctuated 2 percentage points downwards.

Too many candidates, white, null and undecided

3rd place, Ciro Gomes (PDT), maintained 7% of voting intentions. Simone Tebet (MDB) also maintained 4%. Felipe d'Avila (Novo) and Soraya Thronicke (União Brasil) each have 1%.

Voters who declared a blank or invalid vote accounted for 5% and those who have not yet chosen a candidate account for 6%, according to the survey.

Search details

The survey interviewed 2.000 voters between September 11th and 13th. The margin of error is two percentage points, plus or minus. The survey was registered with the TSE under number BR-03420/2022
