Rayssa Leal is world champion in street skateboarding

Tell her it's her! Our little skateboarding fairy won another championship for her account. This Sunday (5), Rayssa Leal became champion of the Skate Street World Championship. The competition took place in the city of Sharjah, in the United Arab Emirates.

Rayssa Loyal, just 15 years old, came first. The Australian Chloe Covell and the Japanese Momiji Nishiya completed the podium. With the victory, the fairy guarantees 80 thousand points in the ranking towards Paris 2024, when the Olympic Games take place. Oh! And it's worth remembering that Rayssa was almost out of the race – because, before the quarterfinals, the athlete injured her wrist.
