The Russian Defense Ministry released, on Tuesday (26), images of the commander of the Black Sea Fleet during a meeting, to deny Ukraine's claim that Admiral Viktor Sokolov died last week in a bombing raid in Crimea.
In the images, Admiral Sokolov appears in a military uniform during a video conference meeting chaired by Defense Minister Serguei Shoigu. A statement, which does not mention the soldier by name, states that the meeting took place this Tuesday.
