Live Aid-style concert will be held to pressure Putin over war in Ukraine

A benefit concert, much like Live Aid, will be held to help victims of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The information is from The Sun.

The newspaper also states that the benefit show will be televised around the world, and this will serve to further pressure Russian President Vladimir Putin.

The line-up will consist of U2, The Rolling Stones, The Killers e Pink. The show will take place on July 24th at Wembley, and will serve as a show of support for the president Volodymyr Zelensky.

Live Aid was a concert that took place in July 1985. The objective was to raise funds to end hunger in Ethiopia. The shows took place at Wembley Stadium in London and John F. Kennedy Stadium in Philadelphia.
