The Federal Supreme Court (STF) formed a majority to overturn the secret budget. The trial, which had been halted on Friday (16), was resumed this Monday (19), with Minister Ricardo Lewandowski voting against the current model of the rapporteur's amendments. The score was 6 votes against the secret budget and 5 in favor, with the majority of ministers understanding that the rapporteur's amendments have been used to distribute funds in Congress without transparency. Sérgio Cabral should be released
