The Crown returns to Netflix's top 10

The series The Crown returned to the ranking of the most watched productions on Netflix after the death of Queen Elizabeth II. According to the platform, the first season of the series was watched for more than 17 million hours in the week between September 5th and 11th.

The Crown addresses the reign of Elizabeth II from the beginning of her public life, when she assumed the throne. As the decades pass, the plot shows the intrigues, political rivalries and other details of the reign. The series has four seasons – and the fifth arrives on the streaming service in November this year.

According to Netflix top 10, The Crown It is the 7th most watched English-language series in the world between September 5th and 11th. It is worth remembering that Queen Elizabeth II died last Thursday (8), during the platform's counting period.
