“We have to stop this Russian scenario. We are preparing for this. The terrorists must lose. Any attempt at your new offensive must fail.”

The Ministry of Defense of Russia said on Wednesday (4) that a missile attack on Sunday (01/01) – which killed at least 89 Russian soldiers – hit its target because they were using their cell phones. The use of banned phones allowed the enemy to locate their target, authorities said.
