Video of Magno Malta criticizing the repercussions of the Vini Jr. case goes viral: "where are the defenders of the animal cause who don't defend the monkey?"

The speech took place during a session of the Economic Affairs Committee in the Senate. Magno Malta first questionor the national (and international) repercussion of thehe racist insults that Brazilian player Vinícius Júnior, from Real Madrid, suffered during a match against Valencia last Sunday (21).

The senator even made a strange defense of the monkey, an animal used in a racist way to insult black people. Look:

The statements were quickly repudiated by other politicians and activists from anti-racist movements:

The Psol bench in the Senate informed, via social media, that it will contact the Senate Ethics Council and will file a criminal report with the Federal Supreme Court against Magno Malta.
