“At the invitation of President Volodimir Zelensky, the Secretary General will be in Lviv on Thursday to participate in a trilateral meeting with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and the Ukrainian leader,” said Stéphane Dujarric – during a press conference – specifying that Guterres will travel to the Ukrainian city of Odessa on Friday and then to Turkey.
At the meeting, they will “examine” the implementation of the international agreement signed in Istanbul in July to allow grain exports from Ukraine, “in which Turkey is a key element”, he added.
