Art in the metaverse will be the theme of an event on Decentraland

The metaverse provokes a series of discussions about the facilities and connections provided by technology, including in art. With this in mind, the Brazilian Association of Music and Arts (Abramus), together with the Brazilian Association of Visual Authors' Rights (Autvis), are promoting an event on December 12th to discuss the possibilities and artistic expressions in the Metaverse.

In addition to bringing together professionals from related areas to discuss these new expressions through digital environments, the associations will raise topics such as copyright in the metaverse. The action of Abramus e Autvis takes place in partnership with converge, an agency focused on actions on the web3.

Associations want to discuss art in the environment and bring reflections on the use of the metaverse

The panel, entitled “Art Challenges in the Metaverse”, will include names such as the executive producer of the Decentraland metaverse, Giovanna Graziosi Casimiro and Jorge Groove, producer of immersive audiovisual content and 3D artist, as well as other names active in metaverse experiences. Specialist lawyers and visual artists are also present. The idea is to discuss everything involving artistic rights there.

The event takes place exclusively at Decentraland on December 12th, Monday, from 12pm to 13pm, free of charge in the Convergeland space, Converge's multipurpose environment for companies on the platform.
