For CCSP, the action is necessary to map new cultural audiences and take the lead in artistic offerings in the virtual environment. According to official published document: “we understand that, even though we are aware of the mapped risks, the presumed high value to be invested in the execution of the proposal, Centro Cultural Virtual SP, due to its originality and creativity, meets the Department's objective of expanding its scope of action in the development of sectors creative and strengthening interactivity initiatives in art and new technologies”,

CCSP also intends to establish partnerships with the private sector to reduce the value of the initial investment in the proposal and propose monetization activities within the platform.

“In addition to the technological reality inherent to the action, such studies can also focus on the potential for fundraising and the possibility of monetization for the sustainability of the platform and amortization of the government's investment in the action”, states the DOSP.
