The strategy director of Microsoft has more than 28 years of experience in the automotive and technology areas, and says that the company's current focus is on “cross mobility functionality”, referring to the new moment of the web, connecting the physical and the virtual. As an analysis method, he gave as an example the way customers use platforms to make purchases.
According to Bzeih, today consumers can configure the colors and features of a car through the metaverse. In this way, he points out that it is not necessary for the consumer to leave and go to a dealership, just enter the virtual environment.
As a practical example, he gave the case of Fiat, which is promoting the sale of the 500e model from the metaverse. From a virtual showroom, the customer checks out the vehicle and tests the tools they want.
