LinkedIn launches AI tool for creating ads

LinkedIn, a professional social networking platform, announced on the 7th the launch of a new tool that uses generative artificial intelligence.

From the support of OpenAI, this tool aims to help marketers create more effective and creative ads. By analyzing LinkedIn page data and Campaign Manager settings, AI suggests different ad copies and allows you to “generate copy suggestions,” including introductory texts.

Based on objectives, targeting criteria and target audience, generative AI suggests several introductory text options for ads. Currently in the testing phase, the feature is only available to select customers in North America.

This LinkedIn initiative follows the trend of using artificial intelligence in the technology market, with other companies, such as Meta, adopting similar solutions to help advertisers create more efficient campaigns.

According to Linkedin, AI plays a crucial role in aggregating signals, like intent, to facilitate more meaningful connections between marketers and potential buyers.
