Oculus Quest 3: details of Meta's long-awaited virtual reality glasses are revealed

Meta is expected to launch the long-awaited Oculus Quest 3, the company's next virtual reality glasses, later this year.

De according to the analyst Bloomberg, Mark Gurman, who had access to a prototype, the Quest 3 features a more compact and lighter design compared to its predecessor, the Quest 2.

Quest 3 also brings significant improvements in terms of performance. Equipped with the 2nd generation Qualcomm Snapdragon XR2 processor, the device offers faster response in gaming, watching videos and other software applications. Despite these improvements, the headset does not have facial and eye tracking capabilities.

With launch scheduled for October, the price of the Oculus Quest 3 is expected to be in the range of 400 to 500 dollars, a cut between R$2000 and R$2500, based on the current price.
