ChatGPT is trusted by 70% of people in the United States, research shows

A survey guided by the audience company GWI showed how people feel about the ChatGPT. The research, with the aim of understanding the influence of artificial intelligence on the population, interviewed a thousand people from different profiles in the United States. For the most part, the AI's responses are quite reliable.

The phenomenon of ChatGPT directly impacted the way people search on the internet. Considered an absolute success, the platform faces distrust from a portion of users. To understand this, the GWI extension interviewed people aged 16 to 65 in the US.

The majority of respondents, 70,8%, said they had at least heard of the platform. Another considerable portion, 32,6%, claims to be familiar with the ChatGPT. Another 29% said they had no contact with the tool.

What do people think of ChatGPT:

  • 70,6% believe that AI responses are quite reliable;
  • 76,9% believe that the ChatGPT It has the potential to change the industry and people’s lives.
  • 16,1% say they would not buy products recommended by AI without doing more research, while 11,5% would. Most participants seem to be divided on this.

Another survey conducted by GWI recently points out that more and more Americans are becoming 'technophiles'. Furthermore, Americans are more interested in artificial intelligence than influencers and entrepreneurship.
