Kate Middleton may take over Princess Diana's title after Elizabeth II's death

With musical chairs in the royal family, Kate Middleton, wife of Prince William, can assume the title that belonged to the popular Diana.

If everything goes according to tradition, Charles III's first-born son – the result of his marriage to Diana – will have titles that belonged to his father. William becomes the new “Prince of Wales”, in addition to holding other titles within Scotland, such as “Duke of Rothesay” and “Earl of Chester”.

Kate Middleton, William's wife, could take on the same position as the popular Lady Diana. The post has been unoccupied since her death, as Charles' second wife, the Queen Consort, declined to replace her out of respect for the royal family.

On the networks, expectations about change are already emerging. And you? What do you think of Kate Middleton as the new “Lady Di”?
