What is the Amazon Fund?
O Amazon Fund consists of a mechanism, proposed by the Brazilian government during the 2007 United Nations Conference on Climate Change (COP-13), which seeks raise voluntary contributions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions resulting from deforestation and forest degradation.
