Who is Paulo Teixeira?

Born in Águas da Prata, São Paulo.
He graduated in Law from the University of São Paulo.
In 1994 and 1998 he was elected State Deputy.
Between 2001 and 2004 he was Municipal Secretary of Housing and Urban Development of the Municipality of São Paulo and CEO of São Paulo Metropolitan Housing Company – COHAB.
In 2004 he was elected as a councilor for the city of São Paulo.
Since 2007 he has been a federal deputy.
In 2011 he was leader of the PT in the Chamber of Deputies
In 2022 it was announced as Minister of Agrarian Development and Family Farming.
