Musk's legal representatives said that the value given by the company for the monetization of Twitter was US$238 million. But, according to them, the correct figure would be 65 million lower. Furthermore, the ads, crucial in generating profits, would be delivered to a lower volume of users than those propagated by Twitter. The businessman alleged that the company hid other facts.
