India approves financing of R$12 billion to develop green hydrogen

The Indian government has approved around R$12,4 billion to support the production, use and export of green hydrogen, with the aim of helping the country reduce its emissions and become a major exporter. The funding, announced Wednesday, is a first step toward establishing the capacity to produce at least 4 million metric tons of green hydrogen by the end of this decade, officials said.
