Cases of donations or expenses questionare forwarded to the Public Prosecutor's Office to be investigated. 59.072 cases of potentially irregular donations or expenses were detected, totaling R$605 million in transfers questionpossible, which will now be investigated.

Among the situations, there are donors who are unemployed or dead, beneficiaries of government social programs or with income incompatible with the amount donated. The data from the accounts were compared with those from the Federal Audit Court (TCU), the Federal Revenue Service, the Financial Activities Control Council (Coaf), the Public Electoral Ministry (MP Eleitoral) and the Federal Police.
In the case of campaign suppliers, there are signs of irregular payments when the supplier is a company with a small number of employees or has at least one of its partners enrolled in government social programs, such as Brazil aid. Situations in which the supplier company was incorporated in 2022 and one of its partners is affiliated with a political party, or is related to a candidate or vice-president also draws the attention of supervisory bodies.
Electoral donations made by people benefiting from government social programs or with income incompatible with the amount donated were also identified. There are 190 cases of unemployed donors and six who are listed as deceased. In addition to these, there are 10.296 situations in which the same candidate received numerous contributions from different employees of the same company.

Cases of donations or expenses questionare now forwarded to the Electoral MP for investigation. If irregularities are found, after collecting material evidence and more in-depth information, they may become processes to be analyzed by the Electoral Court. New rounds of data crossing will be carried out after the delivery of accounts for the first round of elections, which should take place by November 2nd.
