Reaction: after terror in Brasília, an act for democracy unites thousands on Avenida Paulista

One day after the criminal acts against the headquarters of the Three Powers of the Republic, thousands gathered on Avenida Ppaulista, a postcard in the capital of São Paulo, to take a stand in favor of the Democratic Rule of Law.

The avenue that is usually the scene of social demonstrations in the capital of São Paulo was taken over by protesters shouting “no amnesty” for coup plotters, on Monday afternoon (9).

The act was called by the People Without Fear, Popular Brazil and Black Collision for Rights fronts. Organized fans from Corinthians and Palmeiras also joined the demonstration.
