“We have political and economic differences, but they are smaller than what unites us”, says Tebet in a meeting with Lula

Presidential candidate Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) and his vice-president, Geraldo Alckmin (PSB), met with Simonte Tebet this Friday (7), in São Paulo. At the meeting, the former MDB candidate reinforced her support for Lula, which had been announced last Wednesday (5).

“We have our political differences, we have our economic differences, but they are infinitely smaller than what unites us. Today, we are gathered because what unites us is our deepest love for Brazil, our unconditional respect for democracia, to the values ​​and principles established in the Constitution”, he stated.

Simon Tebet also stated that the economic team of Squid received and incorporated the former candidate's suggestions into the candidate's government program. “What we are saying here is that we think the Brazil we want in the same way. We are united because what is at stake is a Brazil that needs to be rebuilt and united again”, she concluded.
