Outlander

The production is based on a series of books of the same name by writer Diana Gabaldon and follows the story of Claire, who travels with her husband Frank Randall to Scotland after years separated by the Second World War. Mysteriously, Claire is transported through time and sent to 1743.

  • “Outlander is the most beautiful love story that transcends centuries! There's a lot of action. If you like marathoning, this is a good recommendation. Oh, and in 2023 there will be new episodes!” – Juliana Caminoto

The Umbrella Academy

The Umbrella Academy is based on a series of comic books and a huge hit on Netflix. The production takes place in a universe where dozens of women around the world gave birth simultaneously, although none of them showed any sign of pregnancy until labor began. Seven of the children are adopted by a billionaire and turned into a team of superheroes.

  • “The Umbrella Academy is that series that makes you want to watch it all at once! It mixes super powers, family, drama and lots of comedy. It’s a perfect mix” – Brenda Barros

The Sinner

Bill Pullman stars as a police detective who investigates crimes committed by unlikely culprits and tries to uncover their motivations. Only Pullman appears in every season, with the rest of the cast changing with the new batch of episodes. The production originally debuted as a miniseries, but the great success guaranteed new seasons.

  • “The Sinner had me hooked from the first season. The way detective Harry handles the cases is fascinating, the crimes are bizarre, but there’s no way not to be addictive” – Gabriela Gonçalves
