the beast of the sea

Indicated to Oscar for Best Animated Feature, the story unfolds in a world where sea monsters populate the oceans and the task of eliminating them is accomplished by heroic hunters. It is in this reality that the paths of two young people meet.

At first, the two have the same objective, to end Red, a terrible monster that has long terrorized the oceans, however, when interacting with the creature more closely, the duo's convictions change and they begin to questionfind out who the real villains and good guys in this story are.
